My hotmail account has been closed for no reason,i've always respected the terms of service,help please!!?

i know this kind of question been asked before,but i searched and nothing worked for me so i thought asking directly may do,hopefully i can find a curing answer


i'm using my msn for almost 2 years,and when today i tried to open my in box i got shocked with a msg saying account has been closed


i've read the terms and i'm completely sure i never accrossed them


now i want to get my account back,how can i get it back pease,thank you!

try and reopen the account again





i had that happen i had to reopen the account using the same user name and just changed the password i had. if u dont use the email for sixty days or so It closes. sixty or ninety days cant quite remember
Reply:You might have a virus or spyware on your PC that is sending out emails without your knowledge. This is a common reason for accounts being closed. I would advise doing a spyware/virus scan on your PC.





Beyond that i would contact hotmail about it and dispute the closure.
