Hotmail account closed?

ok, so my hotmail account has been closed (im not sure why, i wasnt spamming or anything i promise) and it gives me a link to submit a request to re-open it which looks like this:

but when i click on it, it takes me to this:

and i dont know which im supposed to choose!





has anybody had this happen to them or know how to possibly fix it?

Hotmail account closed?
I've had the same Hotmail account for around 5 years and I've never even heard of anyone's account being closed for any reason, you must have done something very wrong, contact them directly.
Reply:You need to go to the one it forwards you to - the second one.


Just click the link they sent you at first, and let it take you wherever it wants you to go.
Reply:Make sure you login into your hotmail account by going on http://mail.live.com also see if you can log into WLM also send an email to Windows Live asking them 4 a reason if you need any more help ask 4 help @ http://rowais.com
Reply:when i hadn't used my account for 30 days they closed it but let me reopen it easily enough.


although there are scams as well.
Reply:My first account was with hot mail,but I haven't used it for over a year.Just went to it out of curiosity and its still running ok
