I can't access my hotmail account...?

I can't get to my hotmail. It says "Certificate Error: Navigation blocked." and "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".





What does this mean? And can I do something about it?

Hi, it could either be that Microsoft NEtwork for ur area is down or that website is a fake and is unable to provide a legit certificate. Delete all browsing history and cookies and restart ur pc. Try it again.
