Hotmail accounts are compatible withoutlook, just go to tools-%26gt;email accounts then click on add a new account, under type, select 'Hotmail', enter your email and password, and bingo it will configure automatically.

To configure Hotmail on Outlook Express, you need to get in touch with your ISP ( Internet Service Provider) they would do the needful.
