If my hotmail account is blocked because of trying to enter many times... will it unblock over time???

it unlocks itself pretty soon, from a few minutes to probaly like an hour or two. it only takes about twenty minutes for me, but i only experienced it once when i forgot my password and lost the computer file as well. you can also try resetting the password using your security questions, possibly to the same thing you had earlier and therefore unlocking it if its an emergency

Reply:It blocks you if you use the wrong password and do it again and again. It will come back after usually 24 hours. In the mean time try this link, it may work for you, just type the msn address in the middle.

If that doesn't work, go to MSN - even if you have to get there through Google, and see if they can help you by sending a Help or Contact question, and also see if you can find a phone number for Hotmail throgh MSN.





If you do Not share your computer with others, Check the dot


By the place that says "Remember my Password, and my


E-mail address". ( Once you can sign in )





Otherwise, write it down and keep both it and your secret question in a safe place.

Reply:yea it just takes a few mintues or so. its happened to me plenty of times. no worries. ive had it stop within 5 minutes up to a few hours. it just has to reset itself

Reply:o yea, it'll diffinatly unblock over time. actually, if u just close out of the window and go pack to the internet %26amp; try to sign in again, with the right email and password, it'll work just fine =]
