We have a hotmail account that doesn't always send or recieve mail although it says it has been sent. Help!?

The hotmail account does not send or receive every e-mail that it says it does. Some do and some don't. Is it a hotmail problem or a yahoo problem?

You have provided no information from which this problem can be investigated, and your assertions may not be factual, because they beg the question. Check your failed message's full headers. They'll contain the initial SMTP path of transmission, or attempted transmission. The problem may be obvious.
