my hotmail account hasnt let me sign in for weeks . I am the only one that knows my password and noone could geuss it . when i try signing in it says you have tried signing in too many times with an incorrect email address/or password???? does anyone no how i can get it back ?.... and i dont no the secret answer so that isnt an option

What you can do is contact the .NET passport customer services team (http://register.passport.net/contactus.s... with enough proof that it is your account %26amp; they'll reset your password for you.
Hope you get your account back. Im not sure why it isn't recognizing your password.
