Hotmail account again?

why i cannot open my hotmail account any more ?


some times it shows the mails but i can't open them? othertimes it says cannot open page?

i don't have any problems opening other websites ..also i tried firefox but it give me the following error:

could it be a hacker hacked my account and forwarded me to another site because it give the following URL:
