How do you make a new hotmail account?
http://get.live.com/mail/options, hotmail is now known as all new live hotmail or something like that. I use hotmail and the set up for getting new account should be on this page, simple, but it will probably give you a live.com acct but it works good too, no spam, need an alternate email to set this up.
