What is the pop. and smtp.for hotmail account?
Hotmail doesn't provide POP or SMTP servers.
Reply:POP = Post Office Protocol


SMTP = Simple Mail Transport Protocol





MSN accounts once had POP3 email access but they sold their POP3 servers to Qwest in favor of HTML servers.





Hotmail should be HTTP.
Reply:There isn't one, if you pay for Hotmail ($10-20) per anum you can then set up Outlook, Outlook Express, Incredimail, whatever mail using HTTP transfer protocol not pop %26amp; smtp. If you sign up for Yahoo it is possible to use pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk etc.


But you must set options to allow this.
