How to lock someone's hotmail account?
If the account is yours, it can't be done.
UNLESS, you find out their password, in which case you can change the password yourself, and then they won't be able to log in again...
IF, on the the other hand, you want to make their account unusable, that's a different story. Things like mail bombs, and signing them up for a whole lot of spam come to mind... but that's not very nice!
