Hotmail account e mails?

i have a hotmail account and keep all my e mails in a separate folder. some of them i need to keep looking at as reference. all of a sudden they have gone out of the folder. i havent deleted them. can hot mail access your e mails and do it from their end

that i can't tell you. but hotmail has been having issues. the college i go to has hotmail school accounts and for some reason we can't access our email so It might be a hotmail issue. what you can do if you have important email is send it to another email account just in case something like that happens that way if they do dissapear you will hav back ups of them
