Msn hotmail account.. very important?

god i hope sum1 knows the answer to this!


I have a hotmail address that i have not used in quite sum time, this email address has alot of VERY IMPORTANT emails stored and i need them, i have forgotton my passsowrd and my secret question answer, all i know is the email address does any1 know if there is a way i can get back onto my account and into my emails?

Well, you can put the email address in and contact hotmail. When this happened to my friend's mom, she contacted hotmail and they ask her some personal questions and she was able to get the password.

Reply:Sometimes security reason can be a boomerang when you forget the password %26amp; unfortunately the secret question. There's no way to recover it unless you remember it. Like I said, Hotmail allows login or give password only to legitimate user which is based on the correct password or secret question's answer. If you forget both, how can Hotmail know that you are the legitimate user? So try hard to remember, any clues matters!
Reply:if u submitted a alternate e-mail, u can let hotmail send a mail to ur alternate e-mail to reset the password of the main e-mail.





if u didn't, then there is no way to get it back :/

EDIT............ when i went into the 'forgotten your password' it just asked me to type in some numbers that were displayed, it didn't ask for security question.


Is it asking you to do the same ??

if not, maybe you wrote the passwords to it somewhere?
Reply:yea if u have a msn messenger go in a search engine and search for MSN PASSWORD RECOVERY then download the program, then type ur email and u'll see the password

Reply:no problem..............then go to msn .....type your email and press forget password.......u will see ...the bar will asking u to type the alphabet....then choose the "Use my location information and secret answer to verify my identity"...it will come out the question.........i sually u will know that answer..that all
