I pushed send... then I went to my "Sent" folder to make sure it was there. But it isn't.. does that mean the person I sent the e-mail too, didn't get it? Or could it of been sent to him, still?

Are you using windows live or the older version? I think you have go to to your settings to turn on the feature that saves all sent mail... make sure that its set to active and then you might have to send again.
Might also be your browser... hit refresh (Ctrl + r) while in your sent folder.
Reply:refresh(press F5) your webpage and then check , if its still not in your sent folder , your message has not been delivered .
