I have hotmail account , it gives me a " Account Closed. Access Denied" message?

what can i do ? i got all my emails there , what a mess...

first check to make sure the user name and password is correct. then you if it's correct you might need to reactivate the account if it's been a while you open it.
Reply:if it's been over 30 days since you've check that email address, they might have closed it.





Are your cap-locks on??? That might be a problem as well.

Reply:路 Some posts from around the web in late April 2006 indicate they are having server problems with Hotmail. You might be able to get in successfully within a few hours or days.


路 If the account has not been used for more than 30 days, it goes dormant and needs to be reactivated---You can get the address back but you have to re-register if this is the case.


路 Have you tried logging on from a different computer? Go to a friends computer or intenet cafe or store and logon through it.


路 You could also install Windows Script 5.6 (Microsoft web site--free) that solves the problem that some applications have with browser-based windows.


路 Improperly uninstalling McAfee VirusScan has been known to cause similar issues.
