A couple of days ago, my hotmail account was converted to the new 'live' version...and I hate it. Very 'busy' and confusing...and more importantly, I lost the most recent version of my contact list. Can anyone shed some light on this. Ideally, I would like to switch back to the old email system, or at least retrieve my contacts list. I have sent off feedback, but they admit to not replying to emails...

go to options and click switch back to msn hotmail...
